If you stumble in safe country, how will you manage in the thickets by the Jordan?
(NIV)

The stage is being set. 1. We need a one world government. 2. We need a one world leader. 3. We need a one world money system. The whole world is clambering for the answer and the god of this world will give it.

God had Israel's provision planned during the time of famine in the days of Joseph. God sent Joseph ahead to store up natural provision during the time of plenty, but when the lean times came they ate up all that provision. If it had not been for God's divine foresight in leading Joseph to Egypt then Israel might have died during the famine, as it was mentioned many times in the passages in Genesis. It is hard for people to plan for drought in times of plenty and when famine comes where is the ability to save and store away? Long gone after the times of plenty. It is hard for us to see what is before us when it is not effecting us yet. When we have never in our lives experienced want and need in our lifetimes. We have been vaccinated (by prosperity) against all warnings, and are totally immune to the call of God to prepare.

If we cannot keep up with the footmen, how can we run with the horses? If we can barely make ends meet during the times of plenty, how will we ever survive during the times of calamity? Most American's are one pay check from the edge, but they still drive their new car payments, spend 10% more every month than they earn, live with their credit cards maxed out, like the American government thinking there is no payday for our foolish spending attitudes of debt and over consumption.

If that were not enough, our entire economic system is built upon a depleting supply of oil. Some day there will only be enough oil for the rich and those of us who could not see the handwriting on the wall, or at least discern the times are destined to be without oil and gas priced out of our reach. Every great civiliztion in history has failed. Not one has continued in their greatness. Not one! How is it we cannot understand that too applies to us? Are we some how different? Ever fiat currency in the history of the world has failed, is ours different? Will we never run out of oil? Will we never have to pay for the debts we are heaping? Will the world continue to believe in our fiat money when there are Americans themselves that do not believe? The only thing at this time keeping the fiat dollar afloat is the fear other countries have in the connection of their fiat (worthless paper money) to our fiat money. If the US goes down so will the world in the perfect storm for the rise of a new world economy!

Never have we been at this place in time before. No one has ever been here before us to tell us what to do to prepare. The blind guides leading this Nation are looking backwards to predict the future, as are most Americans. Oh, the US has always been prosperous and the government has always provided in the past so I base my future on the past. Foolishness! If the blind lead the blind they both fall in the ditch!

Well, I don't! I base my future on Jesus. I know this world stage is being set for a takeover. I know this world economy will crumble before the new "Beast System". My only question to Jesus is how do I prepare? What do you want me to do about the future? What is the wisest thing I can do now to prepare for uncertainty? You too must ask these questions. If it all unravels while I am here where do I need to be? What does my life need to look like? What have I put aside for the day of testing to come upon the whole earth?

Be blessed Billy and Jan

Use of Private Process Servers Is Up; Concern Is, Too

http://www.nytimes.com/2010/07/23/us/23cncforeclosure.html

How to get a phone number 90% of the time!

When you go to the door and someone besides the Defendant answers the door it would be good to have a phone number. The easiest way to get a phone number for the defendant, is to simply say "I would like to call before I come next time could you give me your phone number?" (here is the trick) Take your pen in hand and lower your head and prepare to write. Don't say another word, DO NOT look up. With you eyes fastened on where and what you are about to write remain silent, and 90% of the time they will give you a phone number. Wouldn't it be great to have a phone number? You bet it would! So put you head down and pen in hand ready to write, don't look up and don't speak until they give you the number. If this trick does not work for you I will refund every penny of your money you spent to get the trick! Good luck. There are 5,000 process servers out there that want your job!!! How to stay on top is the big question. Build an email broadcast mailing list of everyone you want to work for. Send out an email broadcast at least once per week reminding them that you are here, ready and able to work. Then always always answer your phone. "Johnnie on the Spot" is going to get the work when I call. Have you email routed to your phone so you can get a text when you get an email. We live in a fast world, and fast communication and fast response can make all the difference in the world between you and someone else.

5,000 process servers in Texas. How many contact me for work? Maybe 50, so they have put themselves above 4,950 others. How many contact me once per week? Zero! There is a lesson there for those that are listening. That’s because great service is a choice. Years ago, my friend, Harvey Mackay, told me a wonderful story about a cab driver that proved this point. He was waiting in line for a ride at the airport. When a cab pulled up, the first thing Harvey noticed was that the taxi was polished to a bright shine. Smartly dressed in a white shirt, black tie, and freshly pressed black slacks, the cab driver jumped out and rounded the car to open the back passenger door for Harvey. He handed my friend a laminated card and said:
“I’m Wally, your driver. While I’m loading your bags in the trunk, I’d like you to read my mission statement.”
Taken aback, Harvey read the card. It said:
Wally’s Mission Statement:
To get my customers to their destination in the quickest, safest, and cheapest way possible in a friendly environment
This blew Harvey away. Especially when he noticed that the inside of the cab matched the outside. Spotlessly clean!
As he slid behind the wheel, Wally said, “Would you like a cup of coffee? I have a thermos of regular and one of decaf.”
My friend said jokingly, “No, I’d prefer a soft drink.”
Wally smiled and said, “No problem. I have a cooler up front with regular and Diet Coke, water and orange juice.”
Almost stuttering, Harvey said, “I’ll take a Diet Coke.”
Handing him his drink, Wally said, “If you’d like something to read, I have The Wall Street Journal, Time, Sports Illustratedand USA Today.”
As they were pulling away, Wally handed my friend another laminated card. “These are the stations I get and the music they play, if you’d like to listen to the radio.”
As if that weren’t enough, Wally told Harvey that he had the air conditioning on and asked if the temperature was comfortable for him. Then he advised Harvey of the best route to his destination for that time of the day. He also let him know that he’d be happy to chat and tell him about some of the sights, or, if Harvey preferred, to leave him with his own thoughts.
“Tell me, Wally,” my amazed friend asked the driver, “have you always served customers like this?”
Wally smiled into the rear view mirror. “No, not always. In fact, it’s only been in the last two years. My first five years driving, I spent most of my time complaining like all the rest of the cabbies do. Then I heard the personal growth guru, Wayne Dyer, on the radio one day. He had just written a book called You’ll See It When You Believe It. Dyer said that if you get up in the morning expecting to have a bad day, you’ll rarely disappoint yourself. He said, ‘Stop complaining! Differentiate yourself from your competition. Don’t be a duck. Be an eagle. Ducks quack and complain. Eagles soar above the crowd.’
“That hit me right between the eyes,” said Wally. “Dyer was really talking about me. I was always quacking and complaining, so I decided to change my attitude and become an eagle. I looked around at the other cabs and their drivers. The cabs were dirty, the drivers were unfriendly, and the customers were unhappy. So I decided to make some changes. I put in a few at a time. When my customers responded well, I did more.”
“I take it this has paid off for you,” Harvey said.
“It sure has,” Wally replied. “My first year as an eagle, I doubled my income from the previous year. This year I’ll probably quadruple it. You were lucky to get me today. I don’t sit at cabstands anymore. My customers call me for appointments on my cell phone or leave a message on my answering machine. If I can’t pick them up myself, I get a reliable cabbie friend to do it and I take a piece of the action.”
Wally was phenomenal. He was running a limo service out of a Yellow Cab. I’ve probably told that story to more than fifty cab drivers over the years, and only two took the idea and ran with it. Whenever I go to their cities, I give them a call. The rest of the drivers quacked like ducks and told me all the reasons they couldn’t do any of what I was suggesting.
Johnny the Bagger and Wally the Cab Driver made a different choice. They decided to stop quacking like ducks and start soaring like eagles. How about you?

10 Things that guarantee success

10 THINGS THAT WILL GUARANTEE SUCCESS IN PROCESS SERVICE

• 1. I am actually still authorized to serve in the State of Texas and do serve papers for other attorneys - on rare occasions - when I need extra cash. There may be privacy issues with electric and utility companies, but there is a little known provision in the rules of civil procedure which states that the discovery period in a case - including third party discovery - begins the moment that a case is filed. This means that the attorney who hired you can use his subpoena power to get information about where the subject can be served. I routinely do this in my practice, and I do pay my process servers extra to serve the subpoena (although the servers I have a working relationship generally "comp" me those serves)

I try to give my servers as much info as possible. On the address, check the appraisal district to see if the last name of the owner of record for the property matches the address. An process server may also send requests to the US Postal Service under 39 C.F.R. 265.6(d)(5)(ii) to obtain forwarding address information if one address comes back bad. If I only have a telephone number, I use www.whitepages.com to get a free "reverse look-up" search.

A process server does not have subpoena power; but the hiring attorney does. Documents pertaining to the address of a subject can be subpoenaed from a number of different sources.

As for public record searches, ask your hiring attorney to run an "AccurInt" on subjects and provide it to you. If you see a car in front of a house, pull a VIN and/or a tag and run that through PublicData.com. PublicData will also give you Driver's License information if you have a good name and date of birth.

I hope this helps.

Jason L. Most database services too have privacy at the heart of their service. You must be a licensed PI to get on most database services. If I were to want to get started on skip tracing, I would start with www.Publicdata.com. It is easy and cheap. You can go on from there. I have about 6 database services that I use and there is NOTHING that works all the time. I suggest you get my CD, Skip Trace 202 and I will teach you all I know about finding people lost, hiding and misplace. $20 to know what I know..what a deal! You can order from here: billy20772@gmail.com , or from here: www.bountyhunt.com.
